Elkton Community Kitchen

Operating Since 2001

The Elkton Community Kitchen (ECK) mission is to provide a nutritious lunch each Friday to those in the Elkton area who are in need of a meal and wholesome interaction in a safe, reliable environment.

Lunch is provided each week free of charge and served in the dining hall of Elkton Presbyterian Church (EPC) on Main Street.

In 2022 as part of our mission, Elkton Community Kitchen introduced service delivery to include supplying a prepared meal to families who are providing foster care for one or more children. Volunteer Providers prepare the meal to serve eight, and it is delivered to the family immediately following the Friday lunch.

We’re proud to be a part of Volunteer Cecil, which is a free, online system for connecting individuals of all ages with volunteer opportunities throughout the Cecil County area.
